CITE to build Facility in Hobbs, New Mexico

Hobbs, New Mexico the “EnergyPlex” scores another big business opportunity
The announcement appears in the News-Sun on Thursday, May 10th 2012. CITE will be a Center for Innovation, Testing, and Evaluation.
“CITE will resemble a mid-sized American city, including urban canyons, suburban neighborhoods, rural communities and distant localities, but will be unpopulated.”
“The idea behind the development of CITE is to “provide the opportunity for ‘end-to-end’ testing, evaluation and demonstration of new intelligent and green technologies and innovations.” See the entire article below:

The “facility” will be financed by Pegasus Global Holdings with a project cost upward of $1 billion, and expected to provide about 350 permanent jobs and 3,5000 indirect jobs. Bringing a completely new skill set of Research and Development to Hobbs for the 1st time.
Now that the “EnergyPlex” has scored with LES-Urenco, International Isotopes, and CITE; it makes you wonder where the skill craft is going to come from and where they are going to stay once they get there.
